A Fair Tax plan that's actually fair!

Author:

The U.S. tax system is broken. It's unfair, unjust, and immoral. It punishes success, and rewards failure.

In the U.S., the most dynamic citizens - the so-called "1%" - bear most of the tax burden, despite not making as much use of public services. In fact, in 2008 the top 1% paid 35% of taxes!

Meanwhile, the least productive citizens - the parasites, moochers, and lazy layabouts in the 99% - pay the least tax. Almost half the U.S. pays no taxes at all!

Those who use government the most pay the least towards it, and those who use government the least pay the most towards it. This situation is immoral, promoting sloth even as it punishes those who are willing to work.

The founding principle of the U.S. is that everyone can join the 1%. If someone doesn't, it's because they're too much of a lazy layabout, satisfied to chow down on their food stamp lobsters. You know, the food stamp lobsters they bought with my money.

My solution is simple: abolish all taxes on the top 1% of earners, and make the 99% pay their fair share. If the 99% wants big government, let them pay for it!

This will only increase taxes on the 99% by 50%, but even that small increase might wake them up. Those lazy freeloading moochers might decide to take off their lobster bibs and get a job. It might also encourage them to vote for true American patriots like Gary Johnson rather than statist American traitors like Barack Obama, John McCain, or Mitt Romney.

But, improving the moral character of the 99% is only one half of the equation.

By eliminating taxes on the most productive citizens in the U.S., job creators will be free to spread dynamism throughout the land, creating jobs and new opportunities at an unheard-of pace.

If someone has money it means they're smart and know how to spend it correctly (instead of wasting it on food stamp sushi). Rather than the money of our smartest citizens going to the government and being spent on trivial studies about fake issues like climate change, that money will be put to the highest and best use.

This plan will restore fairness, justice, and morality to our tax code, ushering in a new golden age of dynamism. A rising tide lifts all boats, and my plan will allow the wisdom of the 1% to literally rain down on the U.S.
